No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
These no bake peanut butter chocolate chip energy bites are easy to make, loaded with healthy ingredients, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup natural creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds (optional for fiber)
Instructions
1. Add oats, ground flaxseeds (optional), and cranberries to a bowl.
2. In a seperate bowl, add peanut butter and place in the microwave for 30 seconds before adding to mixture. It will make stirring easier.
3. Add peanut butter and honey to oat mixture and stir until combined.
4. Once combined, cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for 1-2 hours.
5. Remove from fridge and roll into 1-inch balls. Place balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and serve!

1. Serving size: Makes about 40-50 energy bites depending on the size ball you form.
2. Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
