Birthday Cake Mug Cake

This birthday cake mug cake si a celebration is a cup made with a blend of unbleached flour, protein powder, almond milk, honey, and extra virgin olive oil, this mug cake is dairy free and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 4 tablespoons almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla icing (I used Simple Mills brand)

Instructions

  1. In a mug, blend together protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sweetener, coconut oil, and vanilla. Pour in some milk and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and mix just until well blended.

  2. Place mug into the microwave for 90–120 seconds. Cake should be risen and firm on top when fully cooked through. Cntinue to cook in 15–20 second intervals if not fully cooked.
