Brownie Batter Energy Bites

These brownie batter energy bites are decadent and taste just like a fresh batch of brownies, perfect served as a snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, ground flax seed, and chcolate chips.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. 3
  4. Using a cooking scoop, sccoop dough out into balls onto baking sheet. Shape with hands if needed.
