Brownie Batter Energy Bites
These brownie batter energy bites are decadent and taste just like a fresh batch of brownies, perfect served as a snack!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, ground flax seed, and chcolate chips.

Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. 3

Using a cooking scoop, sccoop dough out into balls onto baking sheet. Shape with hands if needed.
