Veggie Pizza

This veggie pizza is easy and completely customizable! Your whole family will love this delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made ultra thin pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • *optional: fresh arugula for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. While oven heats, spread marinara sauce on pizza crust.
  3. Next, add veggies on top of pizza sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. 
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!

    1. Serving size: Recipe makes one full pizza. Serving size is 1/4 the pizza
    2. Topping: Top with fresh arugula
