Avocado and Egg Bagel Sandwich

This protein-packed, fiber-rich avocado and egg bagel sandwich is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. With creamy avocado and savory scrambled eggs, this bagel breakfast sandwich will keep you full and satisfied all day long!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, smashed
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 bagel (I used plain, but you can use any!)

Instructions

  1. Scramble your eggs, or make them however you like them best!
  2. Toast bagel while eggs are cooking.
  3. Once bagel is toasted, smash avocado on either side.
  4. Top with cooked eggs and spices.
