Pomegranate Banana Oatmeal

These pomegranate banana oats are loaded with filling  fiber and protein and can be made in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 banana, sliced 
  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranantes
  • *optional: sprinkles, extra sliced banana, and gingerbread cookie for topping

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk and oats in a pot and bring to a bowl. Allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Remove cooked oatmeal from pot and add remaining ingredients.

    Recipe Notes

    1. Top with sprinkles and extra sliced banana!
