Dark Chocolate Covered Raspberry Oatmeal

This dark chocolate covered raspberry oatmeal is a combination of hearty oats, vibrant raspberries, coconut yogurt, and smooth dark chocolate. This recipe can be put together in under 10 minutes, and is the perfect bowl of goodness to enjoy!   

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp raspberry coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips 

Instructions

  1. Add oats and almond milk to a pot and cook on medium-low for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove cooked oats from pot and add remaining ingredients.  

    Recipe Notes

    1. Top with extra raspberries and coconut yogurt!
