Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Banana Bread Overnight Oats
These banana bread overnight oats are so easy to meal prep and taste just like freshly baked banana bread from grandma’s kitchen!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- *Optional: sliced banana, nut butter, chopped pecans
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container and stir well.

Seal container and place in fridge overnight (2 hours minimum).

Remove from fridge and stir again.

These can be served cold or warm. To reheat, place container in microwave for 45 seconds – 1 minute.

Add optional toppings such as sliced banana, nut butter of choice, and chopped pecans. fAdd all ingredients except for the blueberries to a blender and blend until smooth.

Spray a ramekin with cooking spray and pour mixture into it.

Top mixture with blueberries and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
Recipe Notes1. Storing: Overnight oats will keep for up to 5 days in an air-tight container in the fridge.
