This 2-ingredient homemade peanut butter is perfectly smooth and creamy and tastes so much better than the store-bought kind!
A natural alternative to the store bought kind with absolutely zero added sugar or hydrogenated oils!
Hydrogenated oils are another name for trans fat. Too much of this type of fat can raise cholesterol as well as increase your risk for heart disease, the leading cause of death in adults living in the United States.
For all these reasons, I like to make my own nut butter. This way I know exactly what is in my food.
