Homemade Perfect Bars
These protein-packed homemade perfect bars are made with dark chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, oat flour, local honey, and high quality protein powder, making an easy on-the-go snack or dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup local honey
- 1/4 cup cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Line a baking shake with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and sea salt until well combined.
- Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Once combined, fold in chocolate chips and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Press until smooth and evenly distributed.
- Place in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
