Homemade Perfect Bars

These protein-packed homemade perfect bars are made with dark chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, oat flour, local honey, and high quality protein powder, making an easy on-the-go snack or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup local honey
  • 1/4 cup cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking shake with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.
  4. Once combined, fold in chocolate chips and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Press until smooth and evenly distributed.
  5. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
