No Bake Turtle Bars
These fiber-rice no bake turtle bars are so decadent and taste just like the store-bought candy!
Ingredients
Brownie Base:

1 cup almond flour

3/4 cup pecans

1/2 cup organic cocoa powder

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Date Caramel:

10 large pitted medjool dates
-
1/3 cup unsweetened vanillla almond milk

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tsp room temp coconut oil
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:

1/4 cup pecans, chopped

2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

1 tsp sea salt
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients from the brownie base into a food processor, and blend until a thick batter forms. Add a thick layer to the bottom of parchment paper on a sheet pan.

Then, after cleaning out the food processor, add the date caramel ingredients. Blend until a smooth consistency forms. Spread evenly on top of brownie base.

Add on toppings evenly. Then, place the no bake turtles in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Cut into small squares and serve!
