Avocado Chicken Salad

2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced

1/4 cup red onion, minced

2 tbsp cilantro, minced

2 tbsp lemon or lime juice

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, avocado, onion, and cilantro. Stir to combine
