Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal
These naturally-sweetened peanut butter and banana oats can be made in under 10 minutes with only 4 simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter + more for topping
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions

Add almond milk to a pot and bring to a boil.

Once milk is boiling, add oats to pot and allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes. Make sure to stir frequently throughout cooking time.

Add cooked oats to bowl and top with remaining ingredients. I like to add extra peanut butter on top for fun!

Make two servings and store in a meal prep container for the next day. To reheat, add a splash of milk or water and place in microwave for 30-60 seconds.
