Blended Blueberries and Cream Oatmeal

This blueberries and cream blended oatmeal is a delicious dish that you can customize any way you want! Just blend everything together with your favorite ingredients, bake, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries + more for topping 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients except for the blueberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Spray a ramekin with cooking spray and pour mixture into it.
  4. Top mixture with blueberries and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating.
