Frozen Banana Splits

Bananas become a delightful summer indulgence as they are enveloped in creamy peanut butter, rich dark chocolate, and adorned with crunchy pecans and vibrant rainbow sprinkles. These frozen banana splits present a healthy and refreshing treat that perfectly complements the sunny season.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil, for melting chocolate

  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

  • 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Slice the banana long ways, and spread the peanut butter on top.

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds until drippy. spread on top of the peanut butter.

  3. Top banana with pecans, and sprinkles, and there you have it!
