Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter + more for drizzling!

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp oat flour

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and stir until well combined.

  3. Spoon out about 1 tbsp of dough for each cookie and place onto baking sheet.

  4. Flatten the surfaces of the dough with a fork and make a crisscross pattern.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes and remove from oven.

  6. I like to drizzle mine with melted peanut butter once they have cooled!
