1 cup creamy peanut butter + more for drizzling!

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 egg

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

3 tbsp oat flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Add all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and stir until well combined.

Spoon out about 1 tbsp of dough for each cookie and place onto baking sheet.

Flatten the surfaces of the dough with a fork and make a crisscross pattern.

Bake for 8-10 minutes and remove from oven.
