Black Bean and Corn Salsa

This black bean and corn salsa is so fresh and incredibly tasty! Loaded with high-quality fiber and protein from black beans and whole kernel corn, this salsa perfect for chips, tacos, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 15-oz can black beans
  • 1 15-oz can whole kernel corn
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 jalepeno, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarse black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except for the avocado) into a large bowl.

  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. Remove from fridge and add avocado.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips or tacos!
