Homemade Guacamole

This homemade guacamole is made with fresh, authentic ingredients including avocadoes onions, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, jalepenos, lime juice, salt and black pepper and packed with high-quality fiber and healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, mashed

  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

  • 1 jalapeƱo, diced

  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all of your ingredients into one bowl and serve with your favorite chips! I used Good & Gather Organic veggie-flavored corn tortilla chips with flaxseeds).
