Spice Roasted Butternut Squash
This spice roasted butternut squash is a quick and easy side dish that is seasoned with ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper, perfect served with a main meal.
Ingredients

3 cups butternut squash, 1-inch cubes

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 dashes cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.

Next, add all of the ingredients together to a medium sized bowl and combine until coated.

Evenly spread squash onto baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and stir. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
