Avocado Toast and Blueberry Almond Butter Toast

This avocado toast and blueberry almond butter toast are a delicious combination of savory and sweet, great for breakfast are as a nutritious snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, smashed
  • 1 egg, fried or poached
  • Coarse black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. For the avocado toast, spread mashed avocado on top of one slice of toasted sourdough bread.
  2. Top with fried or poached egg and coarse black pepper.
  3. For the blueberry almond butter toast, spread almond  butter on top of one slice off toasted sough dough bread.
  4. Top with fresh blueberries and drizzled honey.
