Toasted Almond and Blueberries Oatmeal
This toasted almond and blueberry oatmeal has 17.5 grams of protein to keep you full for hours. Made with steel cut oats, almond milk, ground flax seeds, fresh blueberries, and toasted almonds, this recipe is perfect for a healthy breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
Instructions

Add almond milk and oats to a pot and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Remove cooked oats from pot and add remaining ingredients.
Recipe Notes1. Top with extra blueberries and Greek yogurt!
